ORDER CONFIRMATION

After submitting your order, we'll send you an order confirmation email with your order number, details of the product you have ordered + your Australia Post tracking number. 

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

Once the order has been processed, a shipping confirmation email will be sent with all relevant information about your order. If a product is unavailable, we will contact you by email. If we have already received payment for an unavailable product, we will refund you the amount of the purchase price.

PACKAGING

We use 100% zero waste, compostable bags which naturally decompose in your compost... surprisingly fast!

TIMING

Regular parcels take between 3-7 working days to arrive. Because we're located in Tasmania sometimes parcels can take longer.  If you live on the mainland + are in a hurry we strongly advise you to request express post at checkout.

We send your order within 1-2 days of receiving it but unfortunately we can't guarantee the speed of delivery. We hope you understand!

REFUND POLICY

We cannot accept returns on our natural skincare for hygiene reasons. If a product is faulty or there is an error with your order please contact us within 14 days. We are always happy to help.
